What to contact us about

  • Content corrections — if something's wrong or outdated, that's the most important email we can get. Health content has to be accurate. If you've spotted something off, please tell us. We'd rather fix it than leave it up.

  • Crisis resource updates — if a helpline number has changed, gone offline, or if you know of a resource we should be listing, please let us know. That information matters.

  • Partnership enquiries — if you're a researcher, healthcare professional, or organisation working in addiction or cessation and want to work together, we're open to it. We don't do sponsored content, but genuine collaboration is another thing.

  • General feedback — what's working, what's not, what you'd like to see covered. We read it all.

What NOT to contact us about

If you're in crisis right now, please go to crisis support for immediate help. We're not trained crisis counsellors and we can't respond fast enough when it matters. That page has real phone numbers for real people who are available right now.

Response times

We're a small team. We read every message and aim to respond within a few business days. If you've submitted a content correction, we'll acknowledge it and let you know when it's been reviewed.
